Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

explainquantum is provided by Simplify Change Ltd, trading as explainquantum ("we"). It's free to read and use. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information, not advice

The course explains how quantum technology works and where it stands today. It isn't investment, security, legal or career advice. Where a page mentions companies, markets or timelines, it's describing published sources, not recommending anything. Check the sources and take professional advice before you act.

Accuracy

We source and date every fact, and correct mistakes when we find them. The field moves fast, so some figures will go out of date. The sources page shows when each source was last checked.

Provided as is

The course is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Links to other sites

We aren't responsible for other sites we link to, or for what they do with your data.

Copyright

The text, illustrations, interactive tools and code are © 2026 Zayn Blore, all rights reserved. You're welcome to link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back.

What you send us

Don't send anything unlawful, abusive or someone else's private information. By sending a question you let us publish it, without your name or email, with our answer in a FAQ on this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
